The website presents Pallad's cybersecurity, audit, advisory, support, and related services.

The client portal allows authorized users to access information, indicators, reports, action plans, and follow-up spaces related to their organization.

The Terms supplement the contract, quotation, and any specific terms agreed with the client organization. In the event of a conflict, those contractual documents prevail over the Terms.

Access to or use of the portal implies acceptance of the version of the Terms brought to the user's attention. The commercial contract may record this acceptance and identify the applicable version.

Access to the portal may require account creation and acceptance of authentication and security rules.

The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify Pallad in case of suspected unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal. Users must not share their credentials or allow portal access to anyone who is not authorized by their organization. Pallad may suspend an account in the event of a security risk, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or termination of the contractual relationship.

The user agrees to use the website and portal in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights, and security instructions provided by Pallad.

Uses intended to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, extract data at scale, or compromise platform security are prohibited.

The user warrants that they are authorized to submit their organization's domains, systems, documents, and data to Pallad and to request the associated analyses. The service must not be used to analyze a third party's assets without authorization.

Each party protects confidential information received in connection with the service. Users must limit access to reports, findings, evidence, and recommendations to those within their organization who need to know them.

The client organization remains responsible for the data and content it submits. It grants Pallad the rights strictly necessary to host and process them and to provide the requested services for the duration of the service.

Pallad retains ownership of its methods, tools, interfaces, models, and pre-existing materials. Unless otherwise agreed by contract, the client organization may use the deliverables provided to it for its internal purposes.

Pallad may change features, fix the service, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational constraints.

Information displayed in the portal is provided to support security decisions and must be interpreted in its technical and contractual context.

As no digital service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, Pallad is bound by the availability and liability commitments set out in the applicable contractual documents. Users remain responsible for their decisions, backups, and implementation of recommendations.

When the contractual relationship ends or a user is no longer authorized by their organization, their access may be disabled. Data return, retention, and deletion are governed by the contract and the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of difficulty, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any proceedings, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules.

Where all parties contracted as merchants, the Commercial Court of Montpellier has express jurisdiction, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
